#Bayudiful Siargao

It’s always important to have some alone time with the husband. Which is why Ben and I decided to take advantage of our first wedding anniversary for a quick weekend getaway! Thank you, dear grandparents, for looking after the kids! ;p

We stayed at Bayud Boutique Resort, a beautiful (should I say, Bayudiful) beachfront resort tucked away in the quiet side of Siargao.

IMG_7890.JPGThey even have super cute floaters you can borrow while you enjoy your cocktails by the pool! (Snaps for having a kiddie pool too!!)

We then decided to swing by Kermit Surf & Dive EcoCamp,

where Ben signed up for surf lessons, while I devour this monster pizza:

The next day, we woke up bright and early for the must-do island hopping! We visited 3 islands: Guyam, Daku and Naked.

We had our lunch in one of the cottages in Dako Island:IMG_7884.JPG

Then we hopped back in our boat to visit the Naked Island, where you can enjoy a vast island of nothing but fine white sand!

After that sun-kissed trip, we decided to go back to Bayud and enjoyed the best massage I’ve ever had!

Afterwards, my husband asked me to dress up for our anniversary dinner:
